Keeping with the theme of Czech Telecom’s latest troubles, Geoff Goodfellow has an excellent post on Telecom’s ADSL shenanigans, especially the stuff where he explains why a 50:1 aggregation ratio is a bad idea for consumers.

Even when I ran a dial-up ISP in Prague Back In The Day we set a limit of 20:1, and as far as I can tell, all the free ISPs are running around 35:1.
