Sorry about the technical difficulties around here the past couple of days. My hosting guru and good friend Os was working out some glitches on his server farm.

(An aside, when he first got into the server hosting byznyz back in the day, he said his first hosting provider really looked like a veal pen, complete with chain link fences around the hosted racks. So he started giving his servers names like Yompy the Cow. But I digress.)

We’ve been making lots of progress on the LiveSupport software project, and you can now set your browsers to livesupport.campware.org, which will serve as the LiveSupport home page from here on in.

There are lots of things that set the LiveSupport project apart from typical open source projects, and one of the biggest is that we have an ace team – from the Parsons School of Design in New York – working on the design and user interface. You can check out the latest sketches here.
