Flood Watch XII: The view from Sedlec

I just got back from a bike ride along the Vltava in Prague 6, ending at Sedlec, where the water is high, but not high enough to threaten the houses along the river. Police were stationed along the river and a street was closed off, with everyone waiting for the effects of an expected release from a dam (Orlik?) upstream. At the lock at Podbaba, it looked like they had about 20-30cm of room before some of Povodi Vltavy’s offices would get wet. Otherwise, it looked pretty good from there.
